First off there is no supposed crucifixion of Christ scholars consider christs existence and crucifixion historical fact. Second according to the early scripts the engineers brought Christ to their home world and taught him their ways. Once he was crucified they had enough.

I’m guessing the engineer species have different roles. Some are assigned to be creators on different planets, and some assigned to be pilots responsible for perhaps transporting xenomorph eggs. Maybe another group are the scientists in charge of extracting the black goo.

I always liked to think of the Space Jockey as a being permanently bound and in symbiosis with its ship. Like Pilot in Farscape or the Bentusi in Homeworld.

Prometheus butchered the space jockey! There’s no way that in Alien the space jockey is a tall, bald, Albino bodybuilder. I envisioned it as a being designed to pilot the ship that has no other purpose but to sit in that seat to navigate. And that there’d be many different but similar creatures all with their specific task and that those aliens were some sort of military weapon accidentally released on the ship. Edit: Your theory actually fixes what I that was butchered. Good stuff.

When it says at the end of the movie ''Custodial presence terminated'' I took that to mean the company terminated what was left of the custodial presence. Ripley herself said it earlier in the film. Weyland Yutani are more likely to kill the prisoners for having seen the Alien than kill the Alien itself. I can't see them keeping Morse alive once they've got what information they can out of him. He would be of no use to them but a potential risk of exposing them.

It has been stated oficially that the red aliens from that comic were black storywise, they just look red on the comic in order for the viewer to diferentiate the 2 diferent factions, however the red aliens were a mutatiin apart so yes they were diferent in a way.

6 years on, one more Alien film that I loved, but not as much as I would have loved seeing all this come to life. Prometheus awakened something deep and primal in my I imagination, grabbed hold, and unlike a face hugger, has yet to fall away dead. Ive digested books, all the films, fan and Canon, and of course every comic I could afford, but I still feel that itch in the ba k of my throat that can never be satiated. This whole project goes a whole long way of appeasing that need for closure. I was gripped by the alien films, but only really 2hen prometheus opened up the world to allow it to breathe. I feel we are kindred spirits I this @ProjectAcheron and i thank you for your wonderful imagination.

I always thought that the Black Goo/Pathogen was extracted from the Xenomorphs DNA and blood because according to Ridley Scott the Engineers didn’t necessarily create Xenos instead they found them and extracted their genes and DNA to re-engine and reanimated them into bio weapons however their experiments seem to have been both incomplete and a failure for according to a deleted scene from Covenant there was going to be a fight scene between the Protomorph and Neomorph with proto emerging victorious which proves that the original form of Xenos is still stronger and superior compared to the pathogen ones except maybe for the Human Xenomorph Hybrid Offspring/Xenogineer
